Greenbuild® Comes to A2 (sort of)The USGBC sponsored Greenbuild International Conference and Expo is the annual conclave of all things Green for all greenie weenies in the US and elsewhere on the planet.
NEXTbuilding Forum is excited to announce that Greenbuild 2012 is coming to Ann Arbor… well, sort of. What we are going to do is have an informal get together with some of the local greenie weenies that attended this year’s Greenbuild in San Francisco. Fresh from the conference the intention is to share with the NBF folks the key highlights, take-aways, and ‘Ah Ha’ moments of Greenbuild 2012. The goal is to bring the best of Greenbuild to you, here in Ann Arbor, kind of like going to the Conference without the conference registration fee, airfare and hotel expense. Pretty cool, Huh! The hope is that you will learn some of the latest cutting edge inspirations gleaned from the world’s largest and most important Green design and building conference, all from the comfort of your own hometown! Matt Grocoff (of Thrive) and Michael Klement (of Architectural Resource) will be your key hosts and instigators. But we will have other folks who were in attendance at Greenbuld on hand to regale us with their stories and inspirations as well. We will be gathering at 7:00 pm on Thursday night, November 29th, at Vinology, 110 South Main Street in Ann Arbor. As always, this NEXTbuilding Forum event is completely free of charge, except for your choice of libations that is! Vinology will also be pouring featured sustainable wines at special pricing clebrating NBF gathering that night.
